Another skill needed to succeed is work ethic because you cannot without putting in work and time and successful people are hiring people who will do what is needed to succeed without being asked

And lastly something that is usually overlooked is being and active listener one thing that can help you do this is instead of focusing completely on who is speaking in long tiresome meetings you can take notes which will keep you busy help you look interested and also remind you of what the person who was speaking said
